Elizabeth Bick was born in 1980 in Houston, TX. She received a BFA in photography from Loyola University, New Orleans, in 2003. Her work has been on exhibit internationally in galleries and museums, including Bergdorf Goodman, the Proposition Gallery, and Tribeca Open Artist Studio Tour, New York, Soren Christensen and the New Orleans Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans, and Museum of Cultural Art, Houston. Her work also received media attention from the New York Times, American Style Magazine, Miami Herald, and the Houston Chronicle. Honors and award include The Pollock-Krasner Stipend, Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant, Santa Fe Art Institute Residency, Lower Manhattan Cultureal Council Residency, and Chateau La Napoule Residency in Cannes, France. Bick currently lives and works in New York, NY.
